- Consents — records of the company policies you acknowledge and any background-check authorization you provide.
- Basic technical data — limited information such as your IP address, used to keep the site secure (for example, to rate-limit repeated failed PIN attempts).
How we use your information
- To evaluate your application and communicate with you about it.
- To schedule interviews and, if you're hired, to complete onboarding, payroll setup, tax reporting, and employment-eligibility (Form I-9) verification.
- To conduct background checks where you have authorized them, consistent with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable law.
- To operate, secure, and maintain this site.
How your information is protected
Sensitive fields such as your Social Security number, date of birth, and bank details are encrypted when stored. Access to applicant and employee records is restricted to authorized staff. Uploaded documents and generated forms are stored on systems we control.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business — for example, with our payroll/HR provider, a background-check provider you have authorized, or government agencies as required by law (such as tax and work-eligibility reporting), and where required to comply with legal obligations.
Retention
We keep application and employment information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
